An electrifying symphony of soulful expression, Reprise on 2nd Avenue is the highly anticipated solo album from South African artist Qü. Tight at the seams, Reprise on 2nd Avenue brims with deeply nuanced compositions, intricate production and immaculate presentation. Featuring notable collaborators Solethu Madasa (on spiritual lament “Amandla”), Lwanda Gogwana (on the charged “Gangsta Regime”), and turntablist supreme Lazola Ndamase (on “Bad Bulletin” and “Self Sabotage”) Reprise on 2nd Avenue takes on inter-personal matters, socio-political affairs, and spiritual deep-dives; a sonic masterpiece in the making. Reprise on 2nd Avenue is not just music but rather a symphony of genres colliding to create an unforgettable auditory experience.
